Welcome to Armodini, where we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our Armodini app (“Service”) and the choices you have associated with that data.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.

Subscription Details

Our Service is free for the first year. After this period, a small charge will apply for continued access to subscription features. We collect payment information, including your credit card number, expiration date, and security code, necessary to process subscription payments when you choose to continue using our Service after the free period.

Third-Party Payment Processors

Payment processing services for our Service are provided by third-party payment processors. We do not store or collect your payment card details. This information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Your subscription will automatically renew under the terms disclosed to you at the time of your initial purchase. You can manage your subscription, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase. For assistance with managing your subscription, please contact our customer support at support@armodini.net

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Data Security

The security of your data is important to us, and we strive to implement and maintain reasonable, commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.
